This past summer the Senior High Youth Group spent 8 days on a Mission Trip to Brooklyn, New York. We spent the week helping Flatbush Reformed Church get ready to host their summer-long Bible school for local kids. The students also organized a street-side service, where they stood on the steps of the church and sang, preached, and prayed as the people of Brooklyn walked by.
We also got a chance to see the city of New York taking a trip every afternoon to see the city. It was a great week where we learned to serve, grew closer to each other and most importantly grew closer to God.
